Please arrive for your treatment clean and refreshed. We have toilet facilities, we also have refreshing wipes that we are happy to hand if you are coming straight from work.
Please allow your hair growth a minimum of 4 weeks ideally to get the best out of your waxing. It is no problem if your hair is longer than 4 weeks growth, we prefer you just leave the hair as it is and we can trim it down if we think it is too long.
Please exfoliate the area to be waxed gently with a natural sugar or salt scrub for at least 2 to 3 days before your appointment, and make sure to moisturise loads as this will help bring out any stubborn hairs, as well as help shed all dead skin cells making way for a much better waxing experience.

Terms and conditions:
Membership benefits include nail treatments, waxing and 60 minute facials, full body massages and 30 min Indian head massage/ Reiki healing therapy per month. Please note depending on the package you can mix and match these treatments. Additional services are available at an additional cost.
Membership is not refundable or transferable.
The member agrees to provide credit card information for billing purposes, which will be charged on the same day of every month in advance. This membership is a recurring monthly subscription with 3 months minimum term.
The member may cancel their membership after 3 months. The cancellation will be effective the following billing cycle, and the credit card on file will no longer be billed for future services. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused services after cancellation.
If the member does not use their monthly treatments, no credit will be issued and the unused treatments will be forfeited.
If the membership is used for fraud or other illegal activities, the member may be subject to termination of membership and legal action.
By agreeing to a monthly membership, members accept that scheduling conflicts may occur and that all services are subject to availability.
