Please call (020 8221 1810) or email us (info@auraorganicsspa.com) if you are having trouble booking online. We sometimes get last minute cancellations and may be able to squeeze you in!​

Please note that it is your responsibility to plan your journey and ensure you arrive on time for your booking. We are unable to advise on parking arrangements around London or provide guidance on the day of your appointment.
There is a public car park located next door, which you can find detailed on our "How to Find Us" page. However, as it is a public facility, we do not control its opening times or availability.
We kindly ask that you make appropriate arrangements in advance to avoid any delays.

BOOKING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER
- When booking with a gift voucher, please select your treatment, include your voucher number (if you have), and pay the deposit, which will be refunded to you on the appointment day. Thank you!

Please note: As we do not use drills WE CANNOT TAKE OFF Hard gel, SNS, Acrylic, Gel x or Builder gel - other than the gel bottle BIAB.

CANCELLATION POLICY - DAY SPA PACKAGE BOOKINGS​
- Cancellations less than 48 hours ('No shows’) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY - TREATMENTS​
- Cancellations less than 24 hours ('No shows’) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and you are unable to attend, please cancel 4 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

LATENESS POLICY
- We provide a grace period of 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this time frame, every effort will be made to accommodate your full service. However, if you arrive later than 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to fit into the remaining time or rescheduled, depending on the availability of our staff.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late your treatment may have to be downgraded.
- If you are more than 10 mins late and we cannot accommodate your booking, you forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% fee.
