Please call (020 8221 1810) or email us (email@example.com) if you are having trouble booking online. We sometimes get last minute cancellations and may be able to squeeze you in!
BOOKING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER
- When booking with a gift voucher, please select your treatment, include your voucher number (if you have), and pay the deposit, which will be refunded to you on the appointment day. Thank you!
- Cancellations less than 24 hours ('No shows’) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and you are unable to attend, please cancel 4 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- We provide a grace period of 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this time frame, every effort will be made to accommodate your full service. However, if you arrive later than 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to fit into the remaining time or rescheduled, depending on the availability of our staff.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late your treatment may have to be downgraded.
- If you are more than 10 mins late and we cannot accommodate your booking, you forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% fee.
