Olivia has trained and studies in Ayurvedic Health Care in India and London, her asana practice stems from Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, assisting her in directing students through flows offering the opportunity to connect with nature, the body & the mind in elevating health and wellbeing without needing to escape the city. Olivia provides a safe place for you to develop your yoga practice, guiding you through asanas with respect and determination Olivia supports you as you strengthen, release and rejuvenate your body and mind.
Olivia brings attention to the depth of a yoga practice and encourages students to approach their practice with appreciation and regard. Yoga is not a performance nor an exercise routine, it a practice uniting yourself with your physical and mental self, supporting you towards strong health and achieving personal and professional goals.
