Nicki has been practicing yoga for 8 years to help cope with the pressures of a busy London lifestyle. As yoga became her saviour, she decided to turn her passion into teaching with an aim to help others find a safe space where they can take a moment to escape from their busy lives. Following a life-changing trip to a yoga retreat India, she decided it was time to do her teacher training and enrolled on to the 200RYT course at Yoga London and is currently working towards her 500 hour qualification.
