Jasmine Badr

Jasmine is a mindfulness coach  dedicated to the practice and sharing of vinyasa flow yoga and
Qigong (Tai chi).
Her intention as a teacher is to guide you back to place of balance and harmony with the natural world, the energies that govern all life and your naturalness as a human being. We each hold the power to self regulate and self heal and she intends to calve a path we’re you may attune to your innate wisdom, inner joy and inherent curiosity for spiritually and consciousness. She hopes to create a bridge that connects mind, body and spirit once again.
