After training professionally as a dancer in Contemporary, Ballet and Musical Theatre Holly spent 12 years working as an international performance artist for private events, festivals, cabaret, stage shows and night clubs even winning medals in bikini fitness competitions! A decade living the fast life Holly eventually found peace, stability and love in Yoga and underwent her teacher training at Yoga London. Holly is an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow enthusiast and has a fascination with the body and mind connection resulting in classes that are just as meditative as they are a physical practice.
Having spent her life as a very active person Holly recognises the importance of ‘Movement as Medicine”. In western society anxiety and depression is ever-growing and Holly believes that Yoga is truly a great way to help calm the nervous system and reduce mental fatigue.
