Eileih first started yoga 10 years ago using it as a purely physical practice to aid her professional dance career. However, since that she has developed a deeper, more grounded practice that combines Asana, breath and meditation and with this all the benefits a fuller practice can bring. Teaching allows her to share the clarity and strength that a regular practice has given. Her classes are open to all levels and focus on joy and exploration, whilst working to create a fire in the body and a calmness in the mind.
